Can I cancel or exchange my order?We immediately process our orders when they are placed. Your order may be canceled after its shipped back to us, meeting the requirments in which it was shipped out. You can exchange your order for a different size or color after return requirments are meet. Otherwise, we may be unable to cancel or make changes. However, send us a message to our messaging box, to check the status of your order for possible cancellations. Sale items are final. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

May I exchange for a different size or color after I received my order?Please visit our return policy page. If your garment meets the requirements, we will exchange that item only.

How do I return my order?If your order meets our return policy guidelines, please leave us a message in our messaging box stating the reason for your return. Then ship to address provided.

How to package my return order?Please use a weather safe packaging method, if the original packaging is not salvageable after opening.
